Maintaining your freeze dryer is like caring for any other investment. Making sure your machine is cleaned after each use and properly cared for with daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly upkeep will keep your parker freeze dryer operating at peak performance for a long time. General cleaning should be done with alcohol -based cleaners without anything that could potentially cause corrosion to any of the Parker Freeze Dryer's parts and components. 

BASIC GUIDELINES:

  • Clean debris from the cooling oils every quarter.
  • Change oil in the pumps and booster bi-annually.
  • Tighten all refrigerant connections monthly. 
  • Tighten all fasteners Biannually.
  • Follow All guidelines proved at the time of startup.
