When preparing your batch there is a significant amount of time being spent coring out your product so that you can insert the standard product probes to monitor the temperature during your run. We’ve developed a solution that will save you time and provide relief during this task.
The new Detachable Product Probe / Thermocouple with mini plug is designed to allow you to insert the product probe prior to your pre-freeze, ensuring good solid contact that will provide accurate and consistent data to your controls system.
